Macerated and refined in beer. Cheese with unique brown-chocolate color rind.  The initial mouthfeel is a burst of vanilla, followed by the prononced flavor of espresso and the delicious taste of dark chocolate to finish.


Accompaniment: A light red wine, Bordeaux, Valpolicella. White wine as Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Riesling. Also free amerture red beer.

Service: Serve this cheese 15°c.
